Johanna needs an adapted tricycle - help us make it happen
Help Johanna get an adapted tricycle so She can attend work interviews.
🇸🇪 Stockholm, Sweden949 views
Johanna lives with a spinal cord injury. The occupational therapist at Stockholm General Hospital has assessed her and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $2,500.
Her current equipment is 8 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 10 weeks.
With the right equipment Johanna could attend work interviews. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $2,500 goes:
• Delivery and set-up: $135
• Fitting and training sessions: $230
• adapted tricycle: $2,135
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
