Johan's stomach cancer treatment fund
Supporting Johan through stomach cancer: medication, transport to Durban Regional Medical Center, and living costs while He can't work.

Johan was diagnosed with stomach cancer in November. The oncology team at Durban Regional Medical Center has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in January. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Johan is 26, worked as a hairdresser until November, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Durban Regional Medical Center 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $2,800 goes:
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $155
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $2,400
• Transport to Durban Regional Medical Center: $245
