Jéssica needs a braille note-taker - help us make it happen

Jéssica lives with a spinal cord injury. The occupational therapist at São Paulo General Hospital has assessed her and recommended a braille note-taker. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $2,250. Her current equipment is 12 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 6 weeks. With the right equipment Jéssica could join the school sports day. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
