For three years I have run a phone repair counter in Chandler. In June, a long illness and repossession took a soldering station and testing tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 6 weeks.
