Jay's non-Hodgkin lymphoma treatment fund
Supporting Jay through non-Hodgkin lymphoma: medication, transport to Gaya Regional Medical Center, and living costs while He can't work.
🇮🇳 India605 views
Jay was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in August. The oncology team at Gaya Regional Medical Center has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 3 weeks.
Jay is 26, worked as a nurse until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Gaya Regional Medical Center 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $900 goes:
• Household costs while unable to work: $210
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $500
• Transport to Gaya Regional Medical Center: $120
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $70
If you're reading this, thank you.
