Jaxon was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in June. The oncology team at the Wollongong Oncology Institute has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in September. He will be away from work for about 12 weeks. Jaxon is 46, worked as a farmer until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Wollongong Oncology Institute 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
