Jasmine's Hodgkin lymphoma treatment fund
8 rounds of treatment are planned at the Lapu-Lapu Oncology Institute; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Jasmine was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in May. The oncology team at the Lapu-Lapu Oncology Institute has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in July. She will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Jasmine is 24, worked as a nurse until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Lapu-Lapu Oncology Institute 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $1,750 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,150
• Scans and lab work: $130
• Transport to the Lapu-Lapu Oncology Institute: $180
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $60
• Household costs while unable to work: $230
