Jakarta earthquake relief - Greenfield village
Neighbors in Greenfield village are rebuilding after the earthquake; every contribution goes to materials and supplies.

The earthquake hit Greenfield village on 24 August. My home was one of 44 damaged, and 10 families are still in temporary shelter at the sports club.
The first few days we shared what little we had. Now the cleanup has started, but we've no money for materials and winter or the rainy season is coming.
Schools in the area have been closed, and the clinic lost its cold storage for vaccines. We're a small community of working families who have never asked for help before.
We have formed a volunteer committee, and I'm the treasurer, so I'll post receipts for everything we buy.
We buy supplies locally and in bulk, so the money goes further. Receipts and photos will be posted in updates.
Where the $750 goes:
• Roofing sheets and timber: $350
• Bedding, blankets and mattresses: $175
• Clean water and purification supplies: $60
• Food parcels for displaced families: $165
With deep gratitude,
Eko

is there anything that isn't money that would help Eko?
sending good thoughts, Eko. Projects like this are what make a place worth living in. Blessings.
Shared it with a few friends. After 23 years in nursing I know how hard it is to ask for anything.
