Jacaranda Primary School needs a skate park - Andrea's neighborhood project
A community-led a skate park at Jacaranda Primary School that will serve 105 neighbors.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 19 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Jacaranda Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $500.
It will serve about 105 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in July and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $500 goes:
• Safety equipment and signage: $90
• Permits and inspections: $50
• Materials: $360
