Jacaranda Primary School needs a covered market stall space - Michael's neighborhood project

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 29 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Jacaranda Primary School, but no funding. We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $1,650. It will serve about 533 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly.
