Isaree's a partial thyroidectomy can't wait - please help us cover the bill

Isaree was diagnosed with an aortic valve defect in December. The surgeon at Bang Khen Regional Medical Center recommended a partial thyroidectomy, and She is scheduled for March. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $670, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $400 short.
my daughter has been in and out of Bang Khen Regional Medical Center since December. The doctors say an aortic valve defect will get worse without a partial thyroidectomy. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $670 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Isaree struggles with daily life and can't drive. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
The recovery period is expected to take about 3 weeks. During that time Isaree won't be able to drive, so the costs keep growing.
