Isabela's path to healing - a structured recovery program in São Paulo
A course of a structured recovery program for Isabela could change everything; the cost is $565.

After the death of both parents, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in São Paulo cost $30 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $565 goes:
• 12 therapy sessions: $450
• Psychiatric assessment: $110
• Workbook and resources: $5
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

What's already covered and what's the $565 for?
It's all in the list in the story. 12 therapy sessions is the big one at $450, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Fair thing to want to know.
Good luck, Isabela. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I have a 11 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Greetings from Nashik
Good luck, Isabela. This could happen to any of us. Thinking of São Paulo
Best of luck. Shared this with my family. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Blessings.
