Isaac's hip replacement surgery can't wait - please help us cover the bill

In August I was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes. My surgeon at Ikeja General Hospital recommended hip replacement surgery, and I have been placed on the schedule for November. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $1,800, and after what my employer's plan will pay, I'm still $900 short.
