Is there an electrician who can donate a few hours in Zapopan?
Looking for a licensed electrician in Zapopan to donate time or work at cost.

In August an inspector told me that my home has a burst pipe behind the wall. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $540 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed electrician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $40.
The job should take about three hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're an electrician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Hope it all works out. I hope things turn around soon. Blessings.
I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Sent it to 11 people at work.
