Is there a plumber who can donate a few hours in San Diego?
Looking for a licensed plumber in San Diego to donate time or work at cost.

In February an inspector told me that my home has a failed boiler with no heating. It's a safety risk for me and my three children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $760 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed plumber who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $220.
The job should take about three hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a plumber and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you for reading my story.

So sorry you're going through this, Lucy. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Thinking of San Diego!
