Is there a HVAC technician who can donate a few hours in São Paulo?
A HVAC technician is needed to repair faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning at the home of a family of 5.

In January an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my two small children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $500 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $35.
The job should take about six hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks for being kind about this.

gave what I could, wish it was more. I'll check back for the next update. Blessings.
Sending strength. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Thinking of São Paulo.
Best of luck, Heitor. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. God bless
