Iryna's stage 2 breast cancer treatment fund
12 rounds of treatment are planned at the Kazan Oncology Institute; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Iryna was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in April. The oncology team at the Kazan Oncology Institute has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in June. She will be away from work for about 3 weeks.
Iryna is 55, worked as a bank teller until April, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Kazan Oncology Institute 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $2,800 goes:
• Scans and lab work: $440
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $2,050
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $140
• Transport to the Kazan Oncology Institute: $170
Thank you so much.
- Anton

Praying for you. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My husband and I read this together. Love from Shubra.
Can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Kazan
Thank you. If you're in Kazan I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Thanks for looking so closely.
Thinking of you. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. I hope June is when things finally get easier.
Sending love, Anton. Shared it with a few friends. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money.
How is Iryna doing now?
Hope things get better soon. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Blessings.
I hope things turn around soon. Love from Duque de Caxias
get well soon. After 11 years in hospitality I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Colombo.
It takes guts to ask. Well done. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Greetings from Kelowna
Thinking of you, Anton. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
