Independence for Wawan: adapted tricycle
Wawan needs an adapted tricycle that the health system won't fund; the cost is $450.

Wawan lives with multiple sclerosis. The occupational therapist at Jakarta Selatan General Hospital has assessed him and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $450.
His current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 12 weeks.
With the right equipment Wawan could join the school sports day. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $450 goes:
• First-year servicing plan: $30
• Delivery and set-up: $25
• adapted tricycle: $395
Thanks for being kind about this.
