Independence for Sibel: communication tablet with eye tracking

Sibel lives with an amputation below the knee. The occupational therapist at Kadıköy General Hospital has assessed her and recommended a communication tablet with eye tracking. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $150. Her current equipment is 15 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 12 weeks. With the right equipment Sibel could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
