Salvador lives with multiple sclerosis. The occupational therapist at the Mendoza Mobility Clinic has assessed him and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $2,550.
His current equipment is 12 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 6 weeks.
With the right equipment Salvador could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $2,550 goes:
• adapted tricycle: $2,350
• Fitting and training sessions: $90
• Delivery and set-up: $30
• First-year servicing plan: $80
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Thinking of you, Amparo. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Thinking of Mendoza
