Independence for Salman: adapted tricycle
Salman needs an adapted tricycle that the health system won't fund; the cost is $400.

Salman lives with a rare neuromuscular condition. The occupational therapist at the Gujranwala Mobility Clinic has assessed him and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $400.
His current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 10 weeks.
With the right equipment Salman could get to the shops and visit friends. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $400 goes:
• adapted tricycle: $330
• Delivery and set-up: $15
• Fitting and training sessions: $55
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.
