Salma lives with a rare neuromuscular condition. The occupational therapist at Jessore General Hospital has assessed her and recommended a specialist standing frame. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,050. Her current equipment is 15 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 8 weeks. With the right equipment Salma could attend work interviews. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
