Independence for Regina: prosthetic leg
A prosthetic leg would give Regina independence - we're $750 away.

I live with a rare neuromuscular condition. My occupational therapist at Zapopan General Hospital has assessed me and recommended a prosthetic leg. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $750.
My current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 4 weeks.
With the right equipment I could join the school sports day. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $750 goes:
• prosthetic leg: $520
• First-year servicing plan: $120
• Fitting and training sessions: $110
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

So sorry you're going through this. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My neighbor in Cairo donated after I showed her your page. Love from Cairo.
