Independence for Omondi: powered wheelchair
Omondi needs a powered wheelchair that the health system won't fund; the cost is $700.

Omondi lives with multiple sclerosis. The occupational therapist at Embakasi General Hospital has assessed him and recommended a powered wheelchair. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $700.
His current equipment is 15 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 8 weeks.
With the right equipment Omondi could join the school sports day. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
