Independence for Naresh: prosthetic leg
Help Naresh get a prosthetic leg so He can attend work interviews.
🇮🇳 Warangal, Telangana, India1,174 views
I live with a rare neuromuscular condition. My occupational therapist at the Warangal Mobility Clinic has assessed me and recommended a prosthetic leg. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $100.
My current equipment is 12 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 5 weeks.
With the right equipment I could attend work interviews. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $100 goes:
• Fitting and training sessions: $50
• First-year servicing plan: $35
• Delivery and set-up: $15
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
