Independence for Logan: communication tablet with eye tracking

I live with an amputation below the knee. My occupational therapist at Pittsburgh General Hospital has assessed me and recommended a communication tablet with eye tracking. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $4,250. My current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 10 weeks. With the right equipment I could join the school sports day. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
