Independence for Larysa: prosthetic leg
A prosthetic leg would give Larysa independence - we're $2,950 away.

I live with low vision from retinitis pigmentosa. My occupational therapist at the Yekaterinburg Mobility Clinic has assessed me and recommended a prosthetic leg. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $2,950.
My current equipment is 10 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 12 weeks.
With the right equipment I could attend work interviews. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $2,950 goes:
• prosthetic leg: $2,750
• Fitting and training sessions: $100
• Delivery and set-up: $45
• First-year servicing plan: $55
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
