Jaxon lives with multiple sclerosis. The occupational therapist at Liverpool General Hospital has assessed him and recommended a prosthetic leg. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $350. His current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 12 weeks. With the right equipment Jaxon could speak with the people around him. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered. Where the $350 goes: • First-year servicing plan: $125 • Fitting and training sessions: $135 • Delivery and set-up: $90 With deep gratitude, Julian
