Independence for Iryna: adapted tricycle
Help Iryna get an adapted tricycle so She can speak with the people around her.
🇷🇺 Russia509 views
Iryna lives with cerebral palsy. The occupational therapist at the Kazan Mobility Clinic has assessed her and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,500.
Her current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 3 weeks.
With the right equipment Iryna could speak with the people around her. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $1,500 goes:
• First-year servicing plan: $55
• Delivery and set-up: $50
• adapted tricycle: $1,395
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Iryna
It's all in the list in the story. first-year servicing plan is the big one at $55, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. I'll keep the page updated.
Sending good thoughts. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. Greetings from Tokyo!
Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Thinking of Kazan
Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. I'm in engineering myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Thinking of Kazan.
