Independence for Hiba: braille note-taker
Hiba needs a braille note-taker that the health system won't fund; the cost is $5,650.

Hiba lives with cerebral palsy. The occupational therapist at Boulogne-Billancourt General Hospital has assessed her and recommended a braille note-taker. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $5,650.
Her current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 8 weeks.
With the right equipment Hiba could join the school sports day. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
