Independence for Ezekiel: adapted tricycle
Ezekiel needs an adapted tricycle that the health system will not fund; the cost is $4,600.

Ezekiel lives with cerebral palsy. The occupational therapist at Toronto General Hospital has assessed him and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $4,600.
His current equipment is 8 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 12 weeks.
With the right equipment Ezekiel could get to the shops and visit friends. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $4,600 goes:
• Delivery and set-up: $185
• Fitting and training sessions: $145
• adapted tricycle: $4,270
