Adama
Ephrem lives with cerebral palsy. The occupational therapist at the Adama Rehabilitation Centre has assessed him and recommended a communication tablet with eye tracking. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $800. His current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 3 weeks. With the right equipment Ephrem could get to the shops and visit friends. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered. Where the $800 goes: • Delivery and set-up: $10 • First-year servicing plan: $40 • communication tablet with eye tracking: $750 Thank you so much.
