Independence for Dusit: prosthetic leg
Dusit needs a prosthetic leg that the health system won't fund; the cost is $200.

Dusit lives with cerebral palsy. The occupational therapist at Khon Kaen General Hospital has assessed him and recommended a prosthetic leg. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $200.
His current equipment is 15 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 6 weeks.
With the right equipment Dusit could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $200 goes:
• Fitting and training sessions: $90
• Delivery and set-up: $40
• First-year servicing plan: $70
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
