David lives with a rare neuromuscular condition. The occupational therapist at the Philadelphia Mobility Clinic has assessed him and recommended a prosthetic leg. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $700. His current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 7 weeks. With the right equipment David could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing. Where the $700 goes: • First-year servicing plan: $420 • Fitting and training sessions: $180 • Delivery and set-up: $100 If you're reading this, thank you. - Matthew
