Independence for Bogdana: cochlear implant processor upgrade
A cochlear implant processor upgrade would give Bogdana independence - we're $1,600 away.

Bogdana lives with an amputation below the knee. The occupational therapist at the Kyiv Rehabilitation Centre has assessed her and recommended a cochlear implant processor upgrade. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,600.
Her current equipment is 9 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 7 weeks.
With the right equipment Bogdana could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $1,600 goes:
• First-year servicing plan: $50
• cochlear implant processor upgrade: $1,500
• Delivery and set-up: $50
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
