Independence for Bích: stair-climbing aid
Help Bích get a stair-climbing aid so She can go to school independently.
🇻🇳 Thủ Đức, Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam930 views
Bích lives with multiple sclerosis. The occupational therapist at the Thủ Đức Mobility Clinic has assessed her and recommended a stair-climbing aid. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $100.
Her current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 5 weeks.
With the right equipment Bích could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $100 goes:
• First-year servicing plan: $55
• Fitting and training sessions: $25
• Delivery and set-up: $20
With deep gratitude,
Lệ

Thinking of you and your family. I hope things turn around soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Take care.
