Independence for Anum: prosthetic leg
A prosthetic leg would give Anum independence - we're $50 away.
🇵🇰 Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan1,245 views
I live with a spinal cord injury. My occupational therapist at the Faisalabad Rehabilitation Centre has assessed me and recommended a prosthetic leg. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $50.
My current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 8 weeks.
With the right equipment I could attend work interviews. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $50 goes:
• Delivery and set-up: $10
• Fitting and training sessions: $15
• First-year servicing plan: $25

- Made a real difference
This helper is honest and transparent about what they can do. They didn't overpromise, but they did deliver excellent results. I would definitely trust them again.
