Independence for Antônia: communication tablet with eye tracking

I live with a spinal cord injury. My occupational therapist at the Rio de Janeiro Rehabilitation Centre has assessed me and recommended a communication tablet with eye tracking. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $200. My current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 7 weeks. With the right equipment I could go to school independently. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
