Independence for Anil: specialist standing frame
Help Anil get a specialist standing frame so He can go to school independently.
🇺🇸 California, United States717 views
Anil lives with a spinal cord injury. The occupational therapist at San Diego General Hospital has assessed him and recommended a specialist standing frame. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $4,400.
His current equipment is 9 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 4 weeks.
With the right equipment Anil could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $4,400 goes:
• specialist standing frame: $3,700
• Fitting and training sessions: $115
• Delivery and set-up: $220
• First-year servicing plan: $365
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Looking forward to the next update. Love from Lagos!
Good luck, Sanjay. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Los Angeles
