Ifeoma served twelve years; now needs help to get home
After twelve years of service, Ifeoma is raising funds for a vocational welding course and tools.

I served twelve years in the engineering corps and was discharged in 2024 with a service-related knee injury. I have been waiting eleven months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a vocational welding course and tools. The quote I have comes to $850.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing.
I'll post invoices, with personal details hidden.
Where the $850 goes:
• Training provider fees: $490
• Housing deposit and first month: $210
• Transport to appointments: $60
• Essential household items: $90
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
Updates from Ifeoma
Thank you all. We're at 25% now ($213). I'm honestly stunned. the plan for housing deposit and first month is now scheduled.
Wanted to say thank you properly. 18% funded and we've started the first stage.
