HVAC technician needed urgently: Carmela's home isn't safe
Carmela has a burst pipe behind the wall, and can't afford a licensed HVAC technician to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In August an inspector told me that my home has a burst pipe behind the wall. It's a safety risk for me and my two small children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $170 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $45.
The job should take about three hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Gave what I could, wish it was more. Greetings from Lowell.
hang in there, Carmela. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. It's not much but it's yours. Greetings from Los Angeles.
I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Put this on a community board in Faisalabad this morning.
Hope it all works out, Carmela. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Love from London
