A 10-day notice to quit arrived last week. Hüseyin needs $1,150 to clear the arrears and stay housed in Kadıköy.

Following a long illness in the family, I fell 3 months behind on rent. Last Wednesday a 10-day notice to quit was taped to my door, and the amount I owe is $1,150.
My landlord has been understanding for a while, but he has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by November, we must leave.
I have two young children at home. Moving isn't just an expense - it would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
I have started working two part-time jobs, and I'm applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
Funds go to the landlord and nowhere else. Any amount left over after the arrears are cleared will go toward next month's rent.
Where the $1,150 goes:
• Rent arrears (3 months): $860
• First month of rent as a buffer: $200
• Utilities in arrears: $90

It's all in the list in the story. rent arrears (3 months) is the big one at $860, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Fair thing to want to know.
