Hui's school year: uniform, books and a laptop
Hui earned a place in Year 11 at Fort Worth Boys' High School; we're $800 short on required supplies.

I earned a place in Year 11 at Fort Worth Boys' High School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $800, which is more than we have.
I love robotics and want to become a software developer. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $800 goes:
• Laptop: $350
• School uniform and shoes: $175
• Textbooks and workbooks: $210
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $65
Thank you for reading my story.
