Hugo's school year: uniform, books and a laptop
Hugo earned a place in Form 4 at Atlanta Technical College; we're $600 short on required supplies.

I earned a place in Form 4 at Atlanta Technical College, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the biology course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $600, which is more than we have.
I love biology and want to become an architect. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $600 goes:
• Textbooks and workbooks: $330
• School uniform and shoes: $165
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $105
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
