Hugo's path to healing - trauma-focused CBT in Durham
A course of trauma-focused CBT for Hugo could change everything; the cost is $1,250.

After years of caregiving, Hugo has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Durham Counselling Collective cost $80 each.
Hugo has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Hugo could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
