Hugo needs my taxi repaired to get back to work in Córdoba
Hugo's my taxi is Hugo's only source of income and needs a transmission replacement costing $450.

I make my living with my taxi. 7 weeks ago the transmission failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $450. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $450 goes:
• Labor charges: $130
• Towing and inspection: $120
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $200
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

I hope things turn around soon. After 26 years in teaching I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Love from Hialeah
