Horace needs a freezer and scales to reopen a fish stall
Horace lost a freezer and scales to a storm that collapsed the roof and needs $1,200 to reopen a fish stall and support the family.

For four years I have run a fish stall in Spanish Town. In January, a storm that collapsed the roof took a freezer and scales. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Thursday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 7 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $1,200 goes:
• Replacing a freezer and scales: $580
• Initial stock: the first catch: $200
• Shop repairs and licensing: $165
• Working capital for the first month: $255
Thank you so much.

Hope things get better soon. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Greetings from Ankara.
Is there anything that isn't money that would help Horace?
Thank you. If you're in Spanish Town I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great.
best of luck, Horace. Shared this with my family. Thinking of Spanish Town.
Thanks for sharing this, Horace. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Blessings.
stay strong. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Thinking of Spanish Town
Good luck, Horace. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'm in social work myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Love from Pune!
