Home care fund for Shakil in Gazipur
Shakil can't afford the care He needs after a heart attack; we're asking for $450.

I'm caring for me, who's 74. After a heart attack Shakil can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Shakil desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 50 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Shakil worked all of his life as a shopkeeper, and raised 3 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for three months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
Where the $450 goes:
• Part-time carer (three months): $290
• Medication and prescriptions: $90
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $25
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $45
With deep gratitude,
Shakil

Thanks for sharing this, Shakil. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Blessings.
