Home care fund for Rubina in Sukkur

I'm caring for me, who's 74. After worsening Parkinson's disease Rubina can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Rubina desperately wants to stay at home. I work 30 hours a week and have cut back to look after her, but we need a part-time carer. Rubina worked all of her life as a bus driver, and raised 3 children.
