Home care fund for Raúl in La Plata

I'm caring for my father, who's 90. After worsening Parkinson's disease Raúl can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Raúl desperately wants to stay at home. I work 25 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer. Raúl worked all of his life as a factory worker, and raised 4 children.
